Liberia Scout Association Celebrates Safe from Harm Week with Neighborhood Motion and Walkathon
Monrovia—The Liberia Scout Association took to the streets of Monrovia over the weekend to commemorate Safe from Harm Week, emphasizing its dedication to fostering secure environments for youth.

The celebration kicked off on Friday, as scouts and leaders engaged in an intensive environmental cleansing initiative in Paynesville, demonstrating their dedication to neighborhood service and environmental stewardship.
The festivities peaked on Saturday, December 21, with a vibrant walkathon that attracted over 300 contributors, together with cubs, woman scouts, boy scouts, and grownup volunteers.
The march started at Vamuma House and proceeded via the town’s bustling streets to the historic Ducor Palace. This vigorous occasion not solely highlighted the unity of the scouting motion, but in addition served as an efficient platform for elevating consciousness concerning the Safe from Harm Program.
